FlyReelStudio
Privacy policy
Last updated: 20.06.2026
Describes how FlyReelStudio processes personal data of site visitors and access applicants. Application data is stored on our own infrastructure, with no third-party form-SaaS and no Google reCAPTCHA. We keep visit statistics minimal: a first-party, cookieless counter, plus Google Analytics 4 that loads only after your consent (Consent Mode v2 — no cookies without consent).
1. Data controller
Andrii Shramko — jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (CEIDG), NIP 7543116302, REGON 364031151, ul. Orląt Lwowskich 43/7, 45-371 Opole, Polska. Contact: zmei116@gmail.com, +48 729 361 054.
2. Data we process
- Access-application form: business type, email or phone, optional referral code, optional scale and pilot-readiness.
- When the service is delivered (bot): photos, messenger identifier, message content — per the Terms.
- Essential technical data (e.g. remembering your cookie choice in browser storage).
We do not collect special-category data and never ask for passwords, card numbers or ID documents.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Reviewing the application and contacting you about access/pilot — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Service delivery and settlement — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Security and abuse-prevention (honeypot, rate-limit) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and processors
- Hetzner Online GmbH — EU hosting. Application data stays on our server.
- For bot delivery: the messenger provider (Meta/Telegram) and a photo-retouching service provider — only as needed to fulfil your order.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — visit statistics (Google Analytics 4), only after you give consent.
We do not share form data with marketers. Apart from Google Analytics — loaded only with your consent — we use no third-party tracking scripts.
5. Retention
Application data is kept as long as needed to review and potentially cooperate, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO). To exercise rights, email zmei116@gmail.com.
7. Automated decisions
We make no solely-automated decisions with legal effect. Access selection is done by hand.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (encrypted connections, restricted access, own infrastructure).
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is published here with its date.
